Order Cancellations:
I will accept order cancellations customers submit through the eBay system as long as they are received before an order is in process. As the seller, I will not start the cancellation process on behalf of the customer. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to cancel an order from their customer account.
Returns & Exchanges:
I don't accept returns, or exchanges if the buyer is requesting based on changing their mind about the item purchased. Returns or exchanges are only offered if the incorrect item was shipped. Patterns are non-returnable due to copyright laws, but I will send a proper replacement if the incorrect pattern is shipped.

Feel free to message me if you need a quantity greater than what I may have listed. I am always glad to set up a customer order to combine your items, which can save you on shipping.
Address Changes:
Prior to purchasing your item, ensure that your address is correct. As a seller, I am unable to alter the shipping address after an order has been placed. Doing so is a violation of eBay policy, and voids both buyer and seller protection offered by eBay.
Missing/Damaged Shipment:
*The following policies only apply to domestic orders* If the tracking on a package shows that it has been delivered, I do not offer returns or refunds. If an item goes 20 days without a tracking update, and still is undelivered, I will offer a full refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, and the buyer provides proof, I offer either a refund or a replacement, based on the preference of the buyer.
