Rare 1962 D Lincoln Penny "Double Print Errors."

Description

This 1962 D is a rare find. It has two regular pictures and two pictures with blue markers. On the front, there is apparent double printing. If you look next to the E, you can clearly see another E was there previously. That pattern goes all the way around.
On the back, there is a small O. The C in California looks to be an O. The T and the A in states are touching as well. This is a rare find, I have not seen anything like it before.
