Billy Joel in-person signed 52ND Street album cover!
Signed by Billy Joel in January 2014 at Cafe L'Europe in Palm Beach, Florida after he played a little impromptu set with the blind house piano player! A friend of mine that lives around the corner was there and called his roommate who brought over a couple of Billy Joel albums and had them signed as Joel was leaving! I've been collecting for over 20 years and I just have too much and will be weeding out things not personalized over the next few months.
The signature is perfect and clear but there are some dings and chipping on the corners and edges of the album cover but it's not that bad when it's in the included frame! Comes with the original (has scratches) album as well. Signed on the cover in blue sharpie:
