I've recently decided to sell all my original sales brochures from the DomiRacer archives. I'm starting with late Triumph, but I have Triumph sales brochures and catalogs going back to the thirties. I have many other European vintage motorcycle brochures to sell from AJS to Zundapp, Brough Superior to Vincent, Norton, BSA, Matchless, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, BMW, and even more obscure marques like AJW, James, etc you name it! This is an original Triumph sales brochure catalog for the 1978 US model T140 750 Bonneville & TR7 750 Tiger. The 8-1/2 x 11" bi-fold sales brochure features a black with crimson flash US Bonneville on the front cover. On the inside at the top the same colour T140 on a windy mountain road with THE LEGEND LIVES ON. The bottom half of the inside is the sales pitch: Triumph has never been a motorcycle for everybody, never was meant to be. Our two newest additions to a long line of legends. Consider the craftsmanship. This year four distinctive colour combinations! Each Triumph pinstripe for over 40 years has been painted by hand. The back cover lists specifications for T140 & TR7 with a right side view of the brown Bonneville and a left side view of the blue Bonneville. Don't forget to call the 800 number and ask for Operator 68. She's standing by. These brochure catalogs are a wonderful photo source for matching paint colors, applying transfers to the correct locations, and to check finishes for restoration.
