I've recently decided to sell all my original sales brochures from the DomiRacer archives. I'm starting with late Triumph, but I have Triumph sales brochures and catalogs going back to the thirties. I have many other European vintage motorcycle brochures to sell from AJS to Zundapp, Brough Superior to Vincent, Norton, BSA, Matchless, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, BMW, and even more obscure marques like AJW, James, etc you name it! This is an original Triumph sales brochure catalog for the 1977 US model T140 750 Bonneville & TR7 750 Tiger. The 8-1/2 x 11" bi-fold sales brochure features a blue US Bonneville on the front cover under a ghosted 1937 5T Speed Twin. The 1937 Speed Twin introduced a long line of world-famous parallel twin motorcycles. And now... The Bonneville for '77. On the inside, the Triumph LSR setting Bill Johnson streamliner is ghosted over top of the 1977 T140 with the sales pitch on the left side and over top Bonneville... named for the records it set on the salt. On the right side were Triumph speed records going back to 1958 & as late as 1976 that were certified as unbroken by the AMA in January of 1977. On the back, the Bonneville side panel name plate over top with black & white photos showing the NVT logo Smiths speedo & tach with headlamp, the new left hand shift is a concession to modern convenience. Lol. Japanese peer group pressure! The 750 cc 4-stroke vertical twin, the most famous, most copied engine in motorcycle history. "Traditional manual start" Sorry, no button yet. The new Lockheed disc brakes are now front & rear. Single carb TR7 as a choice for 1977. These brochure catalogs are a wonderful photo source for matching paint colors, applying transfers to the correct locations, and to check finishes for restoration. Note that I have the headlamp stickers in the top back cover photo. Does your 1976, 1977, or 1978 Triumph still have them? Or are they sun faded? My name is Tony Schanz, I formally ran DomiRacer Distributors in Cincinnati, Ohio buying and selling vintage English, Italian, & German motorcycle parts, tools, accessories & memorabilia.
